OC Travel strongly recommends that all travelers consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Coverage, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and benefit limits vary by policy. Travelers are responsible for reviewing the applicable policy documents carefully before making a decision.

Travel Insurance Declination Acknowledgment

By declining travel insurance, I acknowledge and confirm that:

• OC Travel has offered me the opportunity to purchase travel insurance for this reservation.
• I have voluntarily chosen to decline the opportunity to purchase travel insurance for myself.
• I understand that my decision applies only to me and does not affect the insurance decisions made by any other traveler included on this reservation.
• I understand that some or all of my travel payments may be nonrefundable or subject to supplier cancellation penalties.
• I understand that, by declining travel insurance, I may be personally responsible for cancellation penalties, trip interruption expenses, medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation, travel delays, baggage loss or delay, supplier penalties, replacement transportation, additional lodging, and other unexpected travel-related expenses.
• I understand that OC Travel does not determine whether an insurance claim is covered. Any coverage decision is made solely by the travel insurance provider in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable policy.
• I understand that certain travel insurance benefits or eligibility may become limited or unavailable if coverage is not purchased within the required timeframe.
• I accept responsibility for the financial consequences of traveling without travel insurance coverage.
• If I reconsider and would like information about available travel insurance options, I understand that I should contact OC Travel as soon as possible. Coverage may still be available, although eligibility and available benefits may depend on when the policy is purchased.
